Start Of The Mass Arrests?

Puerto Rico, US Territory. This is no third world, or South American country. So, is this the start of the mass arrests that Drake, David Wilcock, Benjamin Fulford & many others have been talking about? I honestly don't know. I sure hope so. The fact that this is 'mainstream' news is encouraging...or discouraging, depending upon how you look at it.
